Orders are shipped using UPS Ground Service unless otherwise specified. Selecting "Table Ship" rate will ship the cheapest possible method depending upon the final destination, allow 3 to 5 business days. US Postal shipments cannot be traced unless shipped via Express Service. Please call for information regarding US Mail delivery. A fee of $ 15.00 per carton will be charged for undeliverable or refused orders.
Returns:
Customer returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact us at 888-576-9227 ext 5 or customersvc@9bar-espresso.com for an authorization number. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, if in salable condition and in original packaging. Whole bean coffee is a perishable item and cannot be returned. Returns after 30 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee. We recommend that you ship your return package by a traceable method.

International Orders:Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies. All claims or discrepancies must be reported with in ten (10) days of receipt. Contact carrier for delivery damages. Most carriers require you to save the original shipping carton with tracking label and all packing material for inspection by the carrier. International returns may be subject to additional duties and taxes.
There is a $150.00 minimum on all international orders. All orders are prepaid with a credit card or bank transfer. Shipping charges are exclusive of duties, taxes, brokerage and other fees. International returns may be subject to additional duties and taxes.
